Stoan

Stoan is a native of the planet Vulcan who was raised in the rural regions in the South and consequently has the unusual copper hair color and gray eyes. Additionally, Stoan had limited opportunities on Vulcan due to his poor socio-economic status and differing appearance, and as such, decided to join Starfleet in search of opportunity.
