Promotion Criteria

Time in Previous Rank

Nomination Process

Only Task Force Executive Officers/Deputy Department Heads or above can nominate someone to be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander after confirming to the OCS that the activities have been completed satisfactorily.

Complete five (5) of the following:

Reach Level 7 on Bravo Fleet’s Discord server
List five (5) characters on BFMS
Entered in twelve (12) Bravo Fleet competitions
Place in three (3) Bravo Fleet competitions
Organize and run three (3) Bravo Fleet competitions
Join a Bravo Fleet Department as a staff member (Deputy, Staff Officer, or Staff Assistant)
Serve as a Task Force-level staff member (Task Force Executive Officer)
Earn a Merit Award. This can count two times if you earn two Merit medals.
Create a well developed biography for a character (this character cannot be the same one used from a previous promotion)
Earn 10 Duty Ribbons
Earn 15 Service Ribbons
Earn 10 Combat Action Ribbons
Earn 15 Strategic Action Ribbons
Earn 5 Campaign Ribbons
Your activity must be different than previously completed. Higher activity requirements to previous ranks constitute a new activity. Activity award requirements refer to your total earned, not those earned solely in-rank.
