“Hope will never be silent.” – Harvey Milk
The centrepiece of the Typhon Wayfinding Division, USS Typhon acts as a forward operating base for the Fourth Fleet in its ongoing endeavours to develop new friendships on the frontier. The first of its class to be produced in the waning days of the Dominion War, Typhon spent almost a decade in reserve before returning to service in 2402 as part of a programme to reinforce Starfleet after losses endured during the events of Frontier Day.
As part of its return to service, Typhon was refitted with the latest in developments with a focus on command and control systems, long-range sensors and deep space communications facilities to maximise its capability as a redoubtable hub for the division’s pathfinding efforts. Coupled with its vast airwing of auxiliary craft, the crew of Typhon take with them the light of the Federation into the empty spaces on the map.

Tasked with pushing the boundary of Federation space, Typhon squadron spend much of their lives on the extremes of Starfleet’s field of operations. Serving Task Force 47 as the vanguard of pathfinding initiatives, no job is too strange or unusual for the division if it serves to carry the Federation’s message to the next horizon.

The pleasant chatter of pre-dinner conversation had given way to the metallic clatter of slender silver cutlery against enamelled plates as dinner went into full swing. Dish after dish appeared on the tables, spirited into place by the nimble hands of a myriad of unassuming petty officers. Each [...]

Aryanna walked out onto the veranda, which had been full of the hustle and bustle of cooking and dinner prep just a couple of hours ago. Now, it was a beautifully set-out receiving area for those attending the dinner. “Welcome to the veranda, ma’am.” A white jacketed Bajoran male, whom she [...]

Seats were being taken around the dining table, the meal still some time away, however. Hors d’oeuvres had been placed strategically along the length of the table, carafes of water and bottles of wine in clusters so all could easily help themselves. Not enough to ruin appetites, but to [...]

One had to stop and adore the rustic charm Bajor had to offer, even if from behind rose-colored glasses. Maze loved the fresh air of the Bajoran countryside that was the Tozhat Province, but did it have to be so bright?! Years of acclamation to internal ship lighting (Or lack thereof) always made [...]
