Brought into services after the Vaadwaur assault left Eos Station beyond repair, the USS Phoenix nows serves as the mobile command center for the Phoenix Squadron. A Ross-class starship, the Phoenixcombines firepower, flexibility, and diplomacy to a volatile region of space, where smugglers and pirates run wild.

In the vacuum left by the collapse of the Romulan Star Empire, the Alpha Doradus system has become a magnet for smugglers, syndicates, and hidden actors. Amidst the chaos, the Phoenix Frontier Squadron draws the line. They are Starfleet’s mobile presence in a region where diplomacy goes to the highest buyer.
Operating out of the USS Phoenix, a Ross-class explorer, their mobile command platform, the squadron patrols the trade routes, borders, and political landscapes of this crazy sector. With a blend of rapid-response, tactical hitters, and diplomatic reach the squadron is tasked with preserving the peace – without starting a war.
