Part of Bravo Fleet: The Devil to Pay

USS Yamato

The Syndicate's Gambit

The Yamato is informed that the Orion Syndicate intend to auction off a stolen piece of Federation technology.

Mission Description

Starfleet learns that the Orion Syndicate has acquired a prototype anti-matter disruptor stolen from a classified Starfleet project. This powerful device can emit bursts that destabilize energy shields, deflectors, and even matter itself at a molecular level. In battle, it could disable any known shielding technology, making the vessel using it nearly unstoppable.

The U.S.S. Yamato is tasked with recovering the device before it is auctioned off to a hostile faction that would exploit it to gain a massive advantage in combat or sabotage Federation holdings.

Solaris leaned back, pinching the bridge of her nose. She had already been sifting through all the information that Starfleet Intelligence had sent her.
